Hello Beautiful Souls!

I offer to you this love letter…You may forget, often, how amazing, precious and Magnificent you are!  You are supposed to forget and this allows you to move into believing in yourself, over and over again.  And yet, how exhausting is that? November is a time to connect with family and our families are our biggest challenge to our personal identity.  So from now until Thanksgiving, work on remembering that you are a Spark of the Divine. You resonate with energy and breath and both are precious gifts from Spirit. Know that you chose this family to incarnate into so you would have specific opportunity to learn about who you ARE. Your family is the first to give you identity, the eldest, the middle, the cute one, the old soul, the baby of the family. From here you gather nuances, understandings, navigation of the world at large as well as how your family prospers. Now you are all grown up and these energies and understandings are still impacting you, and nevermore than at the holidays. Your family gives you the beginning, but you write the rest of the story of YOU!  And what a wonder you are! Full of talents, gifts and interests that have nothing to do with anyone but you. Try not to let your triggers take you back to the old patterns, see it for what it is—an old story that helped shape you but doesn’t define you. Let go and relax into the holidays, seeing as an observer what goes on when your family joins for a special meal.
